Ss15 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ss15 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any services provided by ss15.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the ss15 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ss15 platform.
Acceptance of these terms constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ss15 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to these terms signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. ss15 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and users are responsible for reviewing the latest terms periodically.
The ss15 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age to use this service in accordance with applicable local laws.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the ss15 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different personal details, devices, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. ss15 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the validity of your account information.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. ss15 will never request your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team.
User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Do not share your account or allow any other party to access it.
- Do not use automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations when using ss15 services.
Financial Transactions, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the ss15 platform are processed in MYR. ss15 accepts a range of local payment methods including internet banking, TNG eWallet, and other approved digital payment options. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name — ss15 does not accept third-party deposits.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. For withdrawals, users are required to complete the stipulated identity verification process before a withdrawal request is approved. ss15 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while security checks or verification are in progress.
Any attempt to commit financial fraud, money laundering, or any other suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account involved will be suspended or closed immediately without prior notice.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ss15 are subject to rollover requirements and specific conditions stated in their respective bonus terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until all rollover requirements have been fully met. ss15 reserves the right to void any bonus if the terms of use are breached.
Liability Limitations, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Ss15 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control. The ss15 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and ss15 makes no implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ss15 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected fraud or platform abuse, breach of terms of use, use of a false identity, activity harmful to the platform's systems, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. For accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, any remaining balance may be frozen pending investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the ss15 platform are the exclusive property of ss15 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ss15.
Third-Party Links
The ss15 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ss15 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ss15 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
This Terms & Conditions document is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the ss15 platform shall be resolved through the designated channels, with direct negotiation with the ss15 support team as the first step.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions in this document.
